Why I can't see Math equations in the Quiz ?
You may not have WebEQ player installed in your computer. EduLearn system will prompt you to install WebEQ player if you don't have it installed. However for any reasons if you don't get the prompt, you can install it manually from here.
i) Download the files required to install WebEQ player from here:

How can I test whether I've installed WebEQ player correctly?
Go to this page , you should be able to see the quadratic equation if you have installed the player correctly.

I've installed WebEQ player, but still I could not see the Math equations.
Solution 1:
i) Try to restart the browser (note: browser, not computer).
Solution 2:
If your computer is installed with java run time environment it might clash with WebEQ java classes. To fix it,
ii) Go to Internet Explorer
--> Advanced --> Enable-- Java console enabled (Check it)
--> Advanced -->Disbale - Use Java 2 for <applet> (Uncheck it)
I'm not able to see the Course Viewer, I see only blank page.
To see SCORM compliant courses IE 6 or IE5.5 with xml parser is required. If you are using IE 5.5, please download the XML parser from here to view the course:

I'm not able to see the Course Viewer in Safari Browsers.
The SCORM cannot be run in Safari browser right now.
I want to insert math symbol and rich text in Quiz using MacIntosh.
Currently Safari broweser doesn't support rich text editor. You need to install Mozilla Firefox browser.
Why I cannot see the right answers after answering the Quiz?
Your teacher may have set the Quiz to not to show the answers. The answers will only be revealed at the final attempt allowed for the test. For example, if you are allowed two attempts on the test, the answers will only be shown at the second attempt.
