Why I can't login to Edulearn?

Go to http://www.asknlearn.com/edulearn. Login with the given ID and password. The user ID and Password are case-sensitive, so please make sure the Caps Lock on your keyboard is set correctly. Example of user Id: s1234567a. Also, parent IDs are different from that of student IDs. Do not mix these up. Parents may not use their ID to logon under student and vice-versa.

Why do I always get a message "Your account is currently being used. To re-login, click the logon button below" while I login?

Once you are done using the system always remember to log-off properly. You will get this message if you have either did not logoff your previous session or you are using multiple windows to access EduLearn. Just click Logon to continue.

This problem also occurs for users ith Windows XP
If you encounter this problem , please ensure the following settings in your Browser:
1. Enable Scripting to access EduLearn. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Scripting and Enable Active Scripting.

2. Set your privacy settings to Default. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > and click Default.
