I forgot my password , what should I do?
Enter your user Id and click "Forgot your password" to answer Password Reminder questions. If you have answered them correctly your password will be reset to your user ID. If you have forgotten your answers to Password Reminder Questions, contact your school's IT teacher or Email us at support@asknlearn.com with school, class & IC numbers.
Must I change my password?
You are advised to change your password after your first login for security reason . Make sure you remember them.
How can I change my password?
After logging into the system, click on 'My Profile' on the left hand side menu and choose 'Change Password' to change your password.
