·           To log on to Eduservice, make sure you enter the valid user ID and Password assigned to you.

·           User ID and Password are CASE sensitive.

·           Click the “Logon” button.

·           The Password Reminder Questions page appears when you first login. This feature helps you logon to Eduservice in case you forget your password.

·           If you wish not to be reminded to set your questions the next time you login, click the "Never Remind Me Again" button.

·          If you wish to set your questions later, click the “Later” button to enter the main Eduservice page.

·           Set your password reminder questions:

·     Type in two questions of your choice in the “Question 1” and “Question 2” textbox.

·         Alternatively, you may select a question from the “e.g” drop-down list.

·         Type in the answers to the respective questions in the “Answer” textbox. 

·         Click the “Submit” button to enter the main Eduservice Home page.
