EditCreate New Lesson: To Add Quiz to Lesson
For this tool, you can import your existing Quiz to your Lesson.
Purpose of this integration, is to allow users to have a ONE-click access to all features that is linked/related to your lesson.
Step 1: Click
Authoring » Create New Lesson » Choose Quiz (under Resource Type)
Step 2: Select
Subject and it will display a list of Quizzes that you have created
Step 3: Click on the button and click
Next to add Quiz to Lesson

Step 4: Set
Quiz Permission to users (Permission rights for Students is only
TAKE rights)
Step 4.1: Click
Add to select users/group
Step 4.2: Set permission to the users/group »
Add
Step 4.3: Click on
Finish
Step 5: Quiz ID will be reflected on Lesson information page (as shown below). Click
Complete the wizard to proceed
Step 6: Click title to preview

EditAdditional tools to use
Add: To add new topics and resources to your Lesson
Edit: To edit existing resource that you put in your Lesson. You can also change to a new resource to replace the existing one. Take note: you are not able to edit/replace current Quiz to a new one.
Insert: To insert a new topic with new resource(s)

You can set the order of the new topic to be placed based on the existing topic that you've selected.

Sub Topic: To insert sub-topics within a created Topic. Procedure is the same as inserting a new Topic with new Resource
Delete: To delete a lesson/topic
EditType of Views to select from, to organise the layout of your Lesson:
This applies to lessons with sub-topics included
There are
THREE types of views, namely:

- List View: Users are able to choose topics from the drop-down menu provided. This view is best suited for Primary school students.
A sample Lesson using List View
- Tree View (JavaScript Menu): Users need to expand on the sub-topics to be able to launch the lesson. This is best suited for Secondary school students.
A sample Lesson using Tree View
- Tree View (Flash Based Menu): This is similar to the above, except that the menu is much smaller and colourful.
