How Do I Login?

For primary Schools, go to http://primary.asknlearn.com

For Secondary Schools, go to http://www.asknlearn.com/secondary

These links are invalid for schools with their own domain name or using MOE domain name.

Login with your userID (which is your NRIC number or your birth cert number)and password.(For first time logons, the password is the same as the userid)
The user ID and Password are case-sensitive, so ensure the Caps Lock on your keyboard is set correctly. Example of user Id: s1234567a.

I am not able to login

This problem might occur for users with Windows XP. If you encounter this problem, there are 2 ways that you can try.

1. Please ensure the following settings in your Browser:

Enable Scripting to access EduLearn. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Scripting and Enable Active Scripting.
Set your privacy settings to Default. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > and click Default.

If the first alternative does not work, try our 2nd alternative.

2. This typically happens when the Privacy settings on your computer are set to Medium High, High or Block all cookies. To change the settings, please follow these steps:

Open an Internet Explorer window
Click "Tools" (on the upper menu)
Choose Internet Options
Select the Privacy tab
Move the vertical slider to Medium or Low
Click on Apply and then OK

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Enter your userId and click "Forgot your password"

Answer Password Reminder questions.
If you have answered them correctly your password will be reset to your user ID.
If you have forgotten your answers to Password Reminder Questions, contact your :-
school's IT teacher or
call us at 6777 9661 every Mondays-Fridays(excluding Public Holidays) from 9am-6pm or
Email us at edulearnsupport@asknlearn.com with school, class & IC numbers.

Must I change my password?

You are advised and encouraged to change your password after your first login for security reason.

How can I change my password?

After logging into the system, click on Profile on the top and choose Change Password to change your password
