Edulearn has now adopt a new procedure in Logging-in.
Previously, all users are allowed to user their default User ID as Password.
But now, all users are forced to change their default passwords.
EditScenario 1: My password is still the same as my User ID
Step 1: Enter your
User ID and Password (in lowercase)
» Logon
You will come to this page (as shown below). Edulearn will detect any accounts having password as default.
Step 2: Create a new password for your Edulearn account. Password must be at least 7 characters long.
Step 3: Once created, re-enter your password.
This is to verify the similarity of the new password you have entered.
Take Note: Password must be in
lowercase. Alpha-numeric passwords are accepted.
Step 4: Update your Security questions page

(Once done, you will be re-directed back to Edulearn Welcome page)
Or, alternatively, if you do not wish to change your password yet, you can:
Step 5: Click on
Skip button. You are only allowed up to a
maximum of 5 times to skip. After which, you are forced to change to a new password.

EditScenario 2: I forgot my Password
Step 1: Enter your
User ID » Forgot your Password
EditScenario 2.1: I have not enabled any security features
Step 2: Once done with Step 1, re-enter your
User ID » Submit
You will see this screen:

EditScenario 2.2: I have entered my email address in my profile
Step 2: Once done with Step 1, re-enter your
User ID » Submit
Once you have re-entered your User ID, you will be prompted as follows:

Take Note: Make sure the email address is correct. If email address is incorrect, please inform our Edulearn Support personnel to update your profile.
Step 3: Retrieve the email sent to your inbox/spam.
Click on the URL appended in the email.
Step 4: Once clicked on the hyperlink, you will be prompted to
create a new Edulearn password
Step 5: Click on
Submit » Edulearn Home to login

And that is how to log-in to your Edulearn account with your new password

EditScenario 2.3: I have enabled Password Security Questions
This is for users who
do not have email address.
Step 2: Once done with Step 1, re-enter your
User ID » Submit
Step 3: Enter your answer to the security question that you have set
» Submit
Make sure your answer is correct. If unable to answer, please call
Edulearn Support at 67779661.
Step 4: Once answered, you will be prompted to
create new Edulearn Password
Step 5: Once created, click on
Edulearn Home to log-in.

EditScenario 3: My maximum number to skip reminder has been used up
Once you click on
Skip, you will be automatically directed to Edulearn Welcome page.
Assuming you tried to re-login again, this will be reflected on your screen.

Each time you click on Skip, you will be using up your
Skip attempts given.
Once you have used up all maximum times given, you will be "forced" to change your Password.
Step 1: Create a
new password and re-enter the password
» Change Password
Once you have created a new password, you will see this screen:

You will still be able to skip this part for another 5 times, before you will be forced to update this portion as well.
Step 2: Update your
Password security page
Take note: Email address is optional

Once done, you will be re-directed to your Edulearn page!

EditScenario 4: I am unable to use ONE common email for multiple Edulearn accounts

This message will prompt users that the email address entered is already in use by another user.
Each user need to enter a
unique email address.
This is a security measure taken, to ensure no 2 person is able to log-in to each other’s accountQuestion: I have two children in the same school, using Edulearn. But I am using my email address to include in their accounts, in case they need to do a password reset.
Answer: Kindly understand that this is part of our security measures that we need to take (similar to other secure sites that require log-in) in order to prevent from misusing of accounts. Updating of email address as part of user's security page is
optional.
