When do you reset your Edulearn Password?
You need to reset your password when,
- you forgot your old password
- you discover that someone else is accessing to your account (Please refrain from disclosing your password to anyone, including your friends)
To reset your password, please refer to the diagrams below:
This is the message you will see if you have entered a
wrong password
Next, enter your
User ID (without entering your Password) and click on
Forgot Your Password? (as shown below)
Once clicked, Edulearn will display a
Password Reminder Questions page.
Your
TWO questions which you had set previously, will show.
Enter your
TWO answers CORRECTLY.
Once entered, click on
Submit.
You will see this message window (as shown below) once you have
successfully reset your Password.
Click on
OK, and you will be brought back to our Edulearn Log-on page.
You can immediately log-in to your Edulearn account.
